Periodically we find ourselves in some sort of inadvertent dispute: the landlord wants to keep our bond, we receive a parking fine displaying a ticket, an on-line shop won't let us return goods... etc. You get the idea.
Whilst we can both handle such disputes adequately, Hubby is superb at it. He researches the law on-line, then writes these amazingly simple, direct letters or e-mails, and always wins his case. He doesn't get upset. He just does it and wins immediately.
