Yumi Direct - returning my returns

I returned 2 dresses to Yumi Direct because both items had stains on them. A couple of days ago Yumi posted the same dress back to me - stains and all.

Today I received the second dress and this one was again the very same item I returned last week.

Are you kidding me? This is shabby and unprofessional service.
